Our Ingredients

Aloe Vera Leaf Juice - An MP Soap Base additive, thought to be soothing and moisturizing to the skin.

 

Buttermilk - An MP Soap Base additive, buttermilk is high in triglyceride content making it an excellent natural moisturizer.

 

Cocoa Butter - An MP Soap Base additive, cocoa butter is a vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean. Cocoa butter is thought to reduce skin dryness and improve elasticity. 

 

Coconut Milk- An MP Soap Base additive, coconut milk is high in antioxidants as well as triglycerides, making it an excellent natural moisturizer for the skin.

 

Glycerin - A humectant and emollient used to improve the clarity of the soap and balance the moisture level in soap. It can be a natural or commercially produced ingredient. It is commonly derived from natural oils and is created as a by-product of soap.

 

Goat Milk - An MP Soap Base additive that is high in vitamins and minerals. Goat milk contains lactic acid, which is thought to remove dead skin cells leaving behind new or fresh skin. 

 

Hemp Seed Oil - An MP Soap Base additive that is thought to have excellent moisturizing properties. Hemp seed oil has excellent glide without being greasy and penetrates quickly – one of the “driest” natural oils available. 

 

Honey - An MP Soap Base additive high in natural antioxidants and antimicrobial properties. 

 

Mango Butter - An MP Soap Base additive extracted from the kernels of mango fruit. High in stearic acid and oleic acid as well, mango butter is thought to have excellent moisturizing properties. 

 

Oatmeal - An MP Soap Base additive thought to be soothing to the skin.

 

Propylene Glycol - A humectant, which acts as a wetting agent for certain ingredients. It assists certain ingredients to mix with water. It is a derivative of natural gas and used in many consumer products such as food, deodorants, pharmaceuticals, lotions, and fat-free ice cream.

 

Shea Butter - An MP Soap Base additive extracted from the nut of the African shea (genus Vitellaria) tree and high in stearic acid and oleic acid. It provides soap formulas with hardness, stable lather and conditioning properties. 

 

Sodium Cocoate - A cleansing agent that is the result of saponifying coconut oil with caustic soda. It is a compound of natural materials.

 

Sodium Stearate - A cleansing agent that is the result of saponifying palm vegetable fatty acids with caustic soda. It is a compound of natural materials.

 

Sorbitol - A humectant that is used to improve the clarity of the soap. Sorbitol is a naturally occurring ingredient found in many edible fruits and berries, corn, even seaweed.

 

Titanium Dioxide - A pigment used to whiten soap bases.

 

Water ­­­­- A solvent for soap making and saponification process. It is a natural ingredient.
